NEW LIFE COMMUNITY CHURCH is a Southern Baptist Church that started in Northfield in 2008. Our purpose is to see all people grow in their faith in God. No matter where you are in your spiritual journey, we are here to help you connect with God's perfect purpose and plan for your life. WE ARE PART OF THE COMMUNITY: We will put our New Life of faith into practice by meeting the needs of our neighbors, strengthening families, developing character in our children and youth, and modeling community service. About our Pastor: IN DECEMBER of 2006, Trey, Robyn, Rachel, and Joshua Cates arrived in Vermont to assist the Green Mountain Baptist Association in starting new churches. In April 2009, they purchased their home in Northfield. Trey also works as the owner of Northfield Technology Services. Robyn teaches kindergarten at Barre City Elementary School, and leads our children's ministry team. Trey is a licensed and ordained minister and has his Master's of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. WE ARE AFFILIATED with the Green Mountain Baptist Association, the Baptist Convention of New England, and the Southern Baptist Convention.
