These guys were really quick to show up and do the job. I got a quote for a new pipe that was crazy high and they left. That night my pipes overflowed again. called & 24 hrs later the lady said they would charge me again to do the service over even though the job was not finished to begin with They don't guarantee their work. I called and asked to speak with the owner and a man called me back and told me I signed the paperwork I had to pay &that I wasn't a plumber so I couldn't question the work. Wow!He never once asked if he could come&check &see if his technicians really did mess up. It was a 12 minute conversation of him telling me they didn't have to guarantee ANYTHING and it didn't matter that it backed up again THE SAME DAY that it was our fault for not wanting to upgrade ourpipes. I called Rota Rooter&they fixed it.They were there for way longer&even got on our roof &accessed our pipes from up there tooalso said that the other company left a uncovered hole in my line.
