Photronics provides lithographic solutions from various standard product families, including Reduction, Ultratech 1X and Standard 1X photomask. Its advanced binary products and laser-based processes deliver critical dimension uniformity for devices. Photronics binary processes help to minimize the effects of nonlinear pattern transfer from photomask to wafers. It also offers pellicle replacement, mask cleaning and recertification services. Photronics serves over 600 customers in nearly 25 countries.
