Founded in 1985, AirCom provides services ranging from heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) repair, new construction to engineering, plumbing and electrical services. Located in Milpitas, Calif., the company operates through five divisions, including service and repair, predictive HVAC maintenance, air testing/ abatement, construction/ engineering and energy management. It serves a number of clients, including Oracle, Philips, IBM, Trimble, Microsoft and many more. Its energy management division provides energy management program development, control of lighting and other utilities.
