      Great customer service. I had an issue with a board and tech support helped me out in a jiffy. Sent me documentation and we were able to figure it out in-house.

      Great team and services. Order some I/O modules and boards online every few months. Even though there was a delay in my most recent shipment, my sales rep was very attentive and kept me up to date. I've been a customer for 5 + years and still have the same sale rep.

      I ordered a part from the website and the part that I ordered was not what the website showed so I return to that part over a month ago to get credit because I never installed that part because it was the wrong part and I'm trying to get a refund or credit to my account and its taken over a month and a lot of unnecessary complications
