      Finally have a new floor. Company admitted first floor defective
      and offered to replace it. Have new flooring from a different company Thanks so much

      At first not good. Have used them in the pass and have a good experience, but this time had a problem with flooring. Took Mr. Truitt over 2 1/2 years to get the company to replace the defective flooring. We would use this company again and recommend with the up most confidence.
