Terrible experience! Giving a big fat ZERO! Called for a estimate and was given a reasonable price and set up for a service call. They did not show up for the service call, and when I called them to find out what was happening, not only did I find out that they weren't even planning on coming, but that the price I was given was wrong (by a substantial amount). I was then told that the information I was given was wrong and they did everything but flat out call me a liar. Call Newport Glass and save yourself some frustration.
