Time to find a new place for oil change and tire rotation. I went to change my brake pads and found Coleman Firestone had left one lug nut off and crossthreaded another so it would not go back on, so along with a price increase they put in place I will no longer use their services!

Excellent service always! They're very fast, friendly, and they have really good prices. They've always done great work every time I've been there.

They really botched the brakes on my mini, although I asked them specifically if they could do the job. They couldn't get the right parts so the "machined" the pads to fit on the front. On the rear, they put the inside pads on one side and outside pads on the other. The irregular wear pattern caused the pads and rotors to fail prematurely and I had to get full brake job at the dealership. They said the job would take 4 hours but it took several days because they were over their head. If you have a really nice vehicle, don't do business with these clowns.
