I heard about this place through a co-worker that had recently gotten some hearing aids.
He came highly recommended, and I needed to shop for some hearing aids with my dad. The office itself is actually in this gentleman's home. I didn't know what to think at first about the little den/office, but I tried not to make assumptions. I'm glad I did! Richard was professional and courteous to both me and my dad, and I was instantly impressed to see that he too was wearing hearing aids! A man who knows his product first hand. I found out that he has been a hearing aid dealer for over 30 years, and is now semi-retired, hence the selling from his home. I was impressed by his knowledge and care in how thoroughly he tested and tuned the hearing aids for my father. We were both very pleased with the results, and I was further impressed by his prices- MUCH less than what the other stores in the malls were charging. My dad has been back occasionally for adjustments and tuning as needed, and has never been charged a fee for the services. Richard stands behind his products, and takes pride in providing excellent service. I would recommend EVERYONE check this place out before buying!
