My dog, a beautiful puppy, came in needing a quick trim in the back and to get his bangs cut. He came out with barely any hair on his back. His luscious coat was ruined. This is the worst grooming service you will ever meet. We dropped him off for his appointment at 9:00 am, but they didn't even get to him until 1:00 pm. They said he "needed" a short haircut because he had a lot of mats and if they didn't give it to him he would have been hurt. He had THREE bad scratches that drew blood. I will never go there again and if anybody does I feel bad for their dogs. The real rating should be 0.

Does a great job on our dog, but getting an appointment is next to impossible, if you want it on short notice!

Would not hesitate to recommend them to other pet owners.
