We moved into a home about 3 years ago and found that it needed a new AC system. We called Hughes and they installed what was supposed to be a new heat pump system. They did not install it correctly and we had water drain out of the system onto our roof, we had to have them come out several times to service the machine within 1 year of purchase due to other various system problems, but the worse thing was that we recently called another AC company because the system was once again not cooling and they told us that the system was a little over 2 years old when we they installed it and we were stuck spending another $700 to get it working again. All-in-all we have had to dump another $1000 in order to get the system running and we have only had it for 3 years!!! The worst part is that we paid full price for a faulty system that was 2 years old when we bought it. If you are looking to get a new system, choose one of the other AC companies in the Montgomery Area.
