this is a start up company who really needs to evaluate how they treat their employees. the owner Tony Sherman has no idea on how to run his business or associate with the employees who bust their butts to keep him in business. i would totally recommend NOT working for this company. they are not experienced enough. don't waste your time with them or you might find yourself out of a job with no reason what so ever!
