Terrible customer service. People so nice, but so sneaky. We purchased two phones and added them to our family plan. I explained I was trying to be as low cost as possible. She promised me to not add any extras and just get the phones. When we get the bill, she added insurance to each phone, added parental control charges and extra memory. None of this was on the signed contract. It took a few hours of back and forth with the store and with t-mobile customer service to get it all fixed correctly.! So slimy!
