I gave it 3 stars only because the facility looks clean but more importantly. the doctor who attended to my pet seem to be very knowledgeable, efficient and caring. My biggest frustration is the caucasian receptionist who was rude, nasty and condescending. I was in the reception area waiting for my turn, and she was on the phone screaming to who I assume to be a pet owner. My first encounter with her was not pleasant either. The clinic is certainly going to lose patients because of this questionable young lady's attitude.
