This company was hired to move items from our old house to our new house on 1/30/16. 4 movers were promised but only 3 showed up almost an hour late. They were explicitly told to move the large items and to only load smaller items to fill the "gaps". The instead focused on smaller items and left multiple large items that we will now have to rent a u-haul to finish the move. They also tracked dirt on the carpet of the new house and scratched up the walls in the hallway. The biggest problem is that they dropped a medium sized box that was not heavy and was clearly marked "VERY FRAGILE". This resulted in a porcelain figurine being broken that originally cost $250. The monetary cost is not the biggest problem as the figurine was a center piece in my office and was highly valued. I contacted the company and was told they would get back to me but they just blew me off and wont respond. Had to file a complaint with the BBB.
