They got the job done, but the guys who did ours were complete jerks. My grandmother had work done on her windshield, (which cracked after having her mirror replaced) and they were nothing but hateful to her. All said was "I never noticed this part of the seal being cracked" and he went off running with his mouth to her calling her a liar and saying she was accusing them of breaking it. Very Poor Customer Service

I am very pleased with Mr Chapin's ability to accommodate my schedule. He also had the best price in town, quality work with my windshield. I have been to other glass companies and had leaks, it has been a year now and not a leak. Thank you for such quality work Mr.Chapin.
