I hired this company to replace my deck after the wind storm. The actual men who did the work said that I was overcharged $2000.00 by C & A construction. The deck was finished months ago. It is now February and I have been trying unsuccessfully to have them haul away the old deck that was torn down and is sitting in my yard still. I have a signed contract that they would haul away the old deck yet they have still not done so. They give me dates on when they will be over, but it never happens. I have called my home owners association for help. The men that were subcontracted to build my deck, wound up doing all buying, designing and building. Shocko who represented C&A did none of the work but kept most of the money...do not use this company!
