Mile away is one of my all time favorite restaurants. We were married at the Mile Away and they were absolutely wonderful and the food was great too. Most of our guest commented on how great the food was and the best they have had at wedding. We go back to mile away every year on our anniversary to enjoy the food and great atmosphere!!!

A great escape for those who miss fine dining

My husband and I always go there on our anniversary every year!The fire place is romantic and the service is great and we have not had a experience yet and that is a wonderful feeling to know your going to have.

This used to be one of our favorite places. Being under 60 years old we were never the peak demographic for the Mile Away, but initially this wasn't a problem. Service progressively went downhill over the past 2 years. We went in Oct. 2005 and received slow, indifferent service, bland, tepid food and nary a greeting or goodbye. Not recommended if you aren't in AARP.
