They don't call you back. They sell you a product they know nothing about. I was told I received roll over minutes when the company doesn't offer roll over minutes. When you have a question or concern, contact customer service! They have a better understanding of their product and service. They do nothing to convince me why I should have signed up for 2 years of bullsh*t and run around answers. Thanks milford. Just like every other business in this town that could care less about people without disposable incomes.
