Details08/11/2017I ordered contact lenses after an eye exam. The bill for her contacts complete with her upcharge was 178. Insurance paid for eye exam but contact fitting was an additional out of pocket charge. I couldn't afford $178 for contacts so I went back to get just prescription. She wouldn't give me the prescription until I bought her expensive contacts. Now have no prescription no contacts .she was paid for both exams but is holding my prescription "hostage" Horrible Dr. who clearly is bilking the system. Will be reporting her for fraud and will have to pay for another exam.
