I couldn't wait to use my Christmas gift certificate. When I called for a appointment and told the receptionist which services I wanted I was assigned to Brittany. She was absolutely wonderful, thorough by explaining what she would be doing puting me at ease immediately. I loved the Spa. Thought it was beautiful and very professional. I was so happy with Macmed Spa and now would go any where else or to any one but Brittany.Nothing to say except it's wonderful.

MacMed is a European style spa in a small New England town. The spa is immaculate, very comfortable and the services offered are immense. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you may have. The various Specialist are all so pleasant and well trained. I find Debbie and her daughter Brittany to be extremely knowledgeable and just wonderful to work with. I wouldn't think of ever going to anyone but Brittany for my services. She's delightful and very professional. Brittany always takes the time to explain the procedure and what I can expect. I guess you can tell I'm a MacMed gaI. I can't say enough good things about MacMed Spa but see for yourself then you'll be a MacMed gal/guy also.

Unprofessional, rude, immature staff. NOTHING like what it's cracked up to be. You must pay well for the marketing you have. Your spa staff is nice.. ok...The girls in the salon... I can not write in this review of my expirience or what I really think for fear it would not make it on line. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this place. You can get a comparable haircut at a walk in chop shop for a ton cheaper.. and guess what.... They might just pay attention to you.
