We placed our dying mother at Countryside after she and we endured 5 days at a facility in Worcester. My mother received more compassionate care at Countryside in the one day she was there, than the entire 5 days at the Worcester facility. The nursing and administrative staff at Countryside could not have been nicer, more professional and more accommodating to us, especially as it was literally a "last minute" request to find a room for my dying mom. Countryside was clean and bright and there was plenty of hustle and bustle by the nursing staff so that we never felt alone or neglected. If you are looking to place your elderly or dying parent somewhere for care, including end of life care or respite care, I would 100% choose Countryside. My brother, sister and I are so grateful to them.
