My five star rating goes to Robens... my husband and I purchased a mattress with an adjustable frame...much to our dismay the mattress was delivered as stated; however, no frame accompanied it...to say the least after receiving no satisfaction from the distribution center I went to the store...walking in as an unhappy customer, Robens went above and beyond in customer service and also scheduled the frame delivery in 48 hours! I left a happy customer very pleased as to how Robens diffused my anger and put a smile on my face! Hats off to a “great” salesman!
