Orchard Hills Elementary School serves students in pre-kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes art, music, and health and physical education. The school also offers a variety of health, food and transportation services. Orchard Hills Elementary School operates a library media center and parent-teacher association. In addition, the school provides a gifted enrichment program for students with special needs. Orchard Hills Elementary School conducts the Connecticut Mastery Test. The school is governed by Milford Public Schools, which operates Live Oaks Elementary School, Mathewson Elementary School, East Side Middle School, Harborside Middle School and Simon Lake Elementary School in Connecticut.
