Founded in 1914, Bead Industries develops and manufactures Bead Chain for electric light pulls. The firm comprises of two divisions: Bead Chain and Bead Electronics. Bead Electronics manufactures precision continuous reeled, solid-wire, and tubular contact pins for the telecom, automotive, connector and lighting industries. Bead Chain is used on vertical blinds, as a ceiling fan light cord, securing gas tank and other marine parts, as window blinds, attaching commercial shower curtains, securing bank pens, inside toilets and other plumbing fixtures, key chains for dog tags and many other products.
