These people rip you off. They feed you a line about how they employ veterans, how the flags take a while, how honest they are, and how they hand make the flags so expect a 10 week wait. So, you order a flag or two. The money immediately comes out of your account or charged to your credit card....they have your money. Now the drama begins...you receive an email every two weeks thanking you for your order and they are working hard. They remind you that they are a veteran organization and are a proud and honest company. The emails continue until about. Month after the deadline has passed. All communication stops. Try and call, email, no answer. Negative post on their Facebook page, it's erased and your blocked from commenting. The Tennessee BBB has LOADS of complaints against this company. Oh, BTW, it got so bad they have changed their name from the Rustic Flag Company to RFC Tactical Sports. They have denied this saying they are different companies, but they are not. Same slimy owner. DO NOT support this company. No integrity or honesty. Pathetic to hide behind behind such words and don't have the courage or fortitude to practice them.
