I lived with a sulfer issue in my home for more years than I would like to admit.
Family and friends, always commented which was an embarrassment for me.
I made a phone call, and the woman who answer talked to me for over 40 minutes discussing my water. I felt so much more knowledgeable about my water and what I needed to do. She had no idea if I was going to purchase anything with that phone call, but never seemed to mind I was taking up alot of her time.
2 months later I called again and ask if someone could come to my home and test the water and help me. ( as discussed in the first conversation)
