They are nothing but crooks who took advantage of a widow on a fixed income. Signed a contract with them in April cancelled it the next morning, which I had 72 hours to do and received a confirmation. Waited several weeks, contacted them they said they never received the fax, but I mentioned that I had a confirmation. They agreed they would return my $400.00 deposit, This is the end of July and I still haven't gotten my $400.00. I contacted them several times, asking kindly to please return it and they said they would get that out. I had to get an attorney, who sent them a letter and still haven't gotten the $400.00. I called again two weeks ago and kindly asked again and was informed they were not happy that I had contacted an attorney, but I indicated I didn't have any choice. He said he would get that check that week, but quess what, I don't have it yet. They are not reputable, nor would they stand by any product or issues, if they cannot honor their agreements that they expect us as customers to sign. Stay away from this company, they will take advantage of you, when they think nothing of stealing money from a widow on a fixed income.
