I called in for an alinement and told them that I already had the parts needed to replace my truck's tie rod ends and was told they would not use them. I would need to purchase their parts or they would refuse to do the work for me. The man on the phone was very rude to me. I am the paying customer and should be able to get what I want done to my vehicle without any hassle.
