I bought a phone with this company on 10/15/2012 and within 30 days it no longer would make or receive calls. I had purchased the insurance plan and the store manager told me that it did not cover phone replacement. Question is just what is the $70 a yr cover if not the phone? Plus everytime I enter one of their locations I rarely can have anyone wait on me that speaks proper english, this is not a business that I would recommend anyone doing business with, their customer service is ridiculous to put it mildly.. I have returned to T-Mobile and have been much happier..
