      Susan Fox opened Midway Country Corner Bakery in 2006 because the valley needed a cake and pastry shop with flare. She has been in the bakery business for 31 years and had always dreamt of owning her own shop."If you can dream it, we can make it" is her motto.Midway Country Corner Bakery is mostly local patrons, but people have come from as far away as Texas and Nevada for Susan's cakes. We're here for customers who want an upscale product for special occasions.
