My first fill with Utah Lashes was great. The girl was friendly and did an amazing job- they lasted over 2 weeks which wasn't usually my case. The second time I went was horrible. My appointment was changed from 6 to 7:30... at which point the girl didn't have my down for my requested lash fill and eyebrow tint. She indicated she only had 30 minutes and acted like she had to "squeeze" me in to my appointment that I had booked 2 weeks earlier. With no discount or apology I don't plan on going back.
