A few problems but a good job in the end

They showed up on time for the estimate, however, he was hard to get hold of to answer additional questions that I had later.



When I went into the showroom they were very helpful and answered my questions.



My windows were scheduled and they called to say they would be coming. It wasn't until an hour later that they called and told me they couldn't find them. Hours later they called and said they had found them. They asked to come the next week, however, it was not convenient for me. They rearranged and showed up at my home the next day.



The workers were very neat and clean with the work. Even though it was a very cold December day, they kept things in my home as warm as they could. They worked quickly and efficiently.



The stucco man came and redid all the stucco around my windows instead of just the few little spots that they chipped. Very professional.



The windows are warm, clean and efficient.



I received the rebate material in the mail in a timely manner.

My brother recommended Norton Quality Exteriors after a really bad experience. This experience was very pleasant and the workmanship is excellent.They care about the work they do, they care about their customer. They are professional, curtious, and prompt. They don't rush--they do it correctly the first time. Specialists do the work: A soffit/fascia specialist first completed the soffit/fasica; then the Gutter specialists installed the gutters.If one must spend a good chunk of money to maintain their home, one must be able to demand quality workmanship. Norton's fills that demand.
