Great Customer Service

I had a great experience here! My husband and I bought a bed almost two years ago. After we moved and bought a new bed set a few months ago, our bed started to sag. After calling and speaking with Karl, he asked me several questions to help me solve the problem, it turned out with our new bed set, we didn't have the proper center support. We got that problem fixed and have no problems with our bed. It feels like it did when we first got it, wonderful! I tell everyone to go there!
