Just called the number on our warranty for windows installed 8 years ago because of broken seal. Company claims they are no longer Spec-Trim Legacy Windows yet same phone number and same name. They will not honor our warranty. We may need to take this one to small claims court.

Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for windows. I looked into this company for windows about a year and a half ago when they were "Spec-trim". I returned recently and now there are "Legacy Products". They seems to have the same people and products but from my experience this place just doesn't have it's business together. What good is a product with a warranty if the company selling it is no longer around?
