Goodwill on alversa drive sold me a printer marked new. I asked if I can open to check its condition and the maneger Mike told me no because it was New and he boxed it himself .I bought it and proceed to open it in The store the manager Mike approach me and if you open it I will not give you a refund . So I did inside was a very used printer
