They took the deposit and I have not seen them since. The fence was supposed to be done before Easter. Still not done and my money is still not returned. They will not answer my calls.

Beware of this fencing company!!! I signed a contract with this company in late August just before the other comment or review that was released. I received a reasonable cost estimate for doing my fence project from Wes Ross (I assumed to be the owner of the company). He said that he could not start on my project until I paid 1/2 the cost of the project upfront for the materials. Since he was a local contractor and just finished a job down the street about a month ago, I foolishly gave the money upfront. Nobody is at the office in Midlothian and nobody ever returns my telephone calls. Please do not do business with this company.

Completely irresponsible. I gave half for deposit in June. After 4 no call / no shows, I requested my deposit back. He said he sent the check twice, yet a month later, no deposit returned and its September. He won't return my calls or texts. Would NOT recommend at all.

STOP AND THINK!!!! GET ANOTHER QUOTE!!!!! This will be a bad experience. We recently bought a home and the owner of the company had his crew come out and do the job in a timely fashion. They came back more than once to complete the job. Problem started when the owner came out and picked up his payment and told us anytime you need for me to come back and do something, just call. I had to call him to bring parts that were left off the fence, the fence post were not cut correctly and paint was missing from parts of the fence which were cut.



We have continuously contacted the ower and he told use he would be back, he has been a no-show many times. I have the text messages to prove it.

After seeing an advertisement in a local Midlothian magazine, I ventured to the site of Ross Fencing on Highway 67. The beautiful display fences caught my attention and my husband and I contacted the Ross Fencing owner for a bid. Immediately, he responded to our request, and we put half of the money down for payment on our new fence. After a time of 5 weeks plus many calls on our part, the owner finally contacted us and put up our fence in 2 days. The fence is beautiful and we have received lots of compliments on it; however, the staining was never done. We have called him weekly, daily and our beautiful fence still stands without stain. Actually, all we wanted was a contact number to call someone to stain our fence, but the fence owner never supplied us with the information. To say the least, the owner is quite irresponsible and needs to work on customer service. All we can say is the service is awful. We would NOT recommend Ross Fencing to anyone.

Great service, great price, exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it! I worked 2 summers building professional farm fences so was capable of DIY and I know what good work is. I am extremely happy with my fence and am highly recommending Ross Fencing.

I highly recommend Ross Fencing!!!!! I have a gorgeous fence! (My neighbors love it too.) Wes Ross listened to what I wanted and needed and was able to work with my budget as well. His crew was hard working and finished on time. The quality of their work is excellent. I have numerous projects going on and look forward to completing them with Ross.
