This place did the inspection & repairs to my vehicle. It originally failed, as I expected because I knew it wouldn't pass, but my car eventually passed. They were honest. That's what I appreciated. If you can't be truthful, don't bother going here.

Highly recommended due to their honesty, when my vehicle was inspected. It originally failed, which I knew would occur, but due to their repairs, finally passed. I appreciated the truthfulness. No matter who it is, if the vehicle fails the state inspection, it fails. During a time, when honesty is unpopular, I appreciate that level of truthfulness. Do not go to this location if you can't be honest!

Charged me for a state inspection and then failed my 2013 Chevy for tint that was too dark even though the same business passed the vehicle last year and a Chevy dealership passed it to the two years prior. When I called and spoke to the manager, he raised his voice and then insisted that one of his previous employees must have fudged it last year. Terrible customer service and professionalism. Back to Waxahachie Chevy for this Midlo resident.

Charged an elderly lady for an inspection, then told her she failed because two of her tires were worn. Failed me for a broken tail light after I called and asked if it mattered. I was told as long as it shows all red it would be fine. I even asked again when I brought the car in and they told me it was alright because when the brakes were on it was red with no white showing at all.They tried to make me pay for the inspection and I told the manager that if I knew it would fail I would have waited until the new Tao light came in...... I didn't pay them!!

Go somewhere else. This place has changed my oil and filled the oil back up with the wrong stuff before. They have also lost my oil cap during a oil change and did nothing about it but make me pay for a new one.
