I lived here a couple of years ago and I loved this place. I just recently moved back in and this place is just as good as ever. Deb the landlord is always helpful and so is Mr.Ray the maintenance man. Good neighbors and never have any problems. If your looking for an apartment in Midlothian stop here first.

I've lived at Henderson Place Apartments for a little over 2 years now. The management on site has been nothing but helpful with anything we've ever needed. Deb, the current manager (for the last year+) is amazing. We love her like family. And if we were staying in the Dallas area, I don't think we'd ever leave. The apartments themselves are beautiful, and extremely well priced. I 100% recommend Henderson Place!

Rating: AWFUL!This is the worst apartment complex in Midlothian and THE worst management company -- bar none! Their staff is heartless and gutless. After my brother was murdered in early 2009, his widow continued to live in the apartment for the duration of the lease. She continued to make all rent payments on time and was never late in her rent. Yet when the lease came up for renewal the next year, SUNRIDGE MANAGEMENT GROUP in Dallas refused to let her renew. I called and offered to PRE-PAY ONE YEAR'S RENT for my sister-in-law and they still refused. I have asked numerous times for the name and phone number of someone at SUNRIDGE MANAGEMENT GROUP, but I have been told that they have forbidden the property manager from giving it to me.
