We work directly with physicians, hospital discharge planners, hospices and/or other referral sources. We speak with both the patient and the caregiver, evaluate the home environment and provide the most appropriate equipment, as directed by the physician. Our trained technicians deliver the equipment, set it up and instruct on its proper use and maintenance.
