Do not hire Dan's Roofing and Painting. They will not repair damages done to your home. Henry Munoz is a pushy, arrogant contractor and is impossible to get ahold of no matter what time he is called. He wants payment upfront, does not supervise his men, and never keeps appointments when made. His roofers dented 5 vents on our roof, burned a section of it and one of his drivers backed into our mailbox shoving it against our house with the mailbox facing the sky. Nothing was done to correct these damages and Munoz did not care. Get the impression he thinks women do not know the difference between a roof and a refrigerator.
