Called to get a Ranch hand bumper installed in December. Took the truck in and the color was wrong I though a simple wrong color. After New Years I continued calling about when it was going to be completed and to make a long story short it got installed 2-13-16. Once I got back home I did a good look over of my truck and realized first the color didn't even match very good, they had cut my inner fenders out without asking me, the air deflector for the cooler was hanging off the truck and the inter cooler was now damaged, the powder coat job was terrible, the paint looked dry with lines all over it. They removed the Ranch hand tag off the front and left the rivets in the bumper and never put the emblem back on the bumper. I will never go back to this shop and will recommend everyone I know to go somewhere else!

Had my truck regeared here. Was told it'd take 2 days, they had my truck for 6 weeks. Then I got my truck back and it had a pinion seal leak. And now they can't seem to find the part number so I can have it fixed. Horrible service.

Very unprofessional installation I had a goose neck hitch installed in my vehicle they pinched one of the airlines to my airbags between the bed and the hitch plate. How incompetent can you be ? The valves for the airlines were removed from the mounting holes and were flopping loose. The valve stem covers and nuts that held them in place were removed lost.
