Borland & Borland was founded in 1982 by Mike and Vi Lea Borland, a husband and wife team with a commitment to providing quality legal services.Since that time, our firm has expanded to include Misty Borland Phiffer, and an extensive support staff.We use our state-of-the-art computer network for client contact, litigation management, legal research, medical research and data collection, to promote our efficiency in serving our clients. Our areas of practice continue to expand to meet our clients' needs. Our daughter Misty, the third member of the firm, is a capable and experienced trial lawyer, licensed in both Texas and New Mexico. Whether the witness is a welder, a truck driver, a driller, a doctor, an engineer, a metallurgist or an Indian Chief, we typically know what he’s talking about, and when he’s pulling the wool over someone’s eyes or hiding important information.
