      Totally unqualified. They took my cc info and said they were just holding it then sent out an unqualified tech who stood there for 10 minutes, didn't fix a thing and left. I called immediately, they didn't return call and charged me for an hour after assuring me that they would never do that sort of thing. BE WARNED. A TOTAL SCAM!!
