I had the grey colored by the manager and when she got done she clearly seen that the grey was NOT covered and then pulled my hair over the sides to the front hoping I wouldn't notice, I did not want to say anything because that is rude I feel, but it was not professional at all! I paid good money to get that done, your salon is not cheap or even reasonable for that matter but I went there because it was recommended to me by a friend. Never again!
