- I am located in Midland. I can and do travel within a broad area in central Michigan to provide services. In general, I can make HouseCalls in Midland, Saginaw, Bay, Isabella, Gratiot, Gladwin, and Clare counties.

- Occasionally it is preferable for me to take your computer back to my home workshop to carry out any necessary repairs. In a situation like this I will offer to provide you with a "loaner" laptop computer for you to use as long as necessary.
General Info
Unlike most computer repair services, I will always come to your home to work with you to solve your computer problems, after we have first discussed the matter over the phone or in person. I have taught myself everything I know about computer hardware and software, and I believe that most people can learn quite a lot more about a computer than they think they can. I enjoy sharing what I know with others. My service fees are always very reasonable, and you will always be able to tell me what to fix and what not to fix. Also, you will also be able to ask me for help in learning to do whatever it is you want to do with your computer. If I can do that, I will; if I can't help you myself, I will do my best to find someone who can.
