      Colonial Villa is the worst independent living for residents. I have been to many. There staff does not communicate with eachother witch causes problems with proper communication with not just the staff, but the residents themselves. This facility is not clean due to staff not properly cleaning by standards that should be held. The new most recent owner cares more about the staff than the residents themselves. Yes it might look pretty on the outside but in the inside beside the fancy decorations it's ugly. I would never allow a loved one of mine to live there. That place should be shut down and the food is terrible, and the maintenance does not have a clue on fixing things and will yell at residents if something is wrong in there room.
