Staff is welcoming and salon has expanded to a full service spa as well with nail facial massage and even reiki. The girls are highly talented at hair and even raved about upcoming color color classes theyre taking to update their skill, was very impressed.

I couldn't be more pleased with this place. If you are going to get your hair done why not come here to get it done right. Been to quite a few places in the area before but never left them 100% satisfied till I found lockstar. It has a VERY trendy style and full of upbeat people working there. I was very happy with everything from the phone call booking the appointment to leaving. I will be back in 6 weeks for my color and to have a facial with Stephanie!

My guess is that the bad reviews were directed towards a few girls that no longer work there.... April Conley is one if the best hair stylist around! Not only does she do an amazing job on my hair and my mothers hair but she also does an outstanding job on ALL of her clients. The prices are affordable and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anybody.

I was truly disappointed by my experience here. I wanted to try a new place but I really regret it. There was no consultation what-so-ever before they started highlighting my hair. They did not ask any questions or anything. I asked for natural looking highlights. I could not decipher how the were coming out until the end and they were nearly bleach white blonde (I have dark brown hair). I left the salon, and got a good look at them once I got home and it was awful. Usually I can work with things and try to look on the bright side, but not this time!! I ran to the store and bought boxed dye. I had to. I really wish I could get my money back.



No, I did not go back and have them fix it because I live really far away, and honestly, I was afraid to. I will never sway from my 'regular' place again. Very disappointing.

I had highlights put in my hair and the girl did not get them close to my scalp. I have dark roots that show at least a half an inch.

My days are normally hectic and filled with stress so I take consideration when choosing a salon as this may be my only "me" time. Lockstar is my favorite place to unwind. They always go the extra step to make me feel comfortable.



Justin is amazing at anything hair! He understands my specific hair needs and works to compliment any flaws I have, as I hate my hair:( when he finishes I feel like a million bucks. He is also amazing at doing up-dos. He takes the time to make sure every strand is perfect.



April, the owner, makes sure she greets you right as you walk in. She will consult and make sure your hair color is perfect for you. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.



I haven't had the chance to get a massage yet, but I have heard the massages done by Robin are a experience in themselves.



I am proud to say that I am a new loyal customer at Lockstar. It helps that they are always running some great specials so it is very affordable on my budget.

This place is awesome. The salon offers everything and the prices along with the special promotions they always have going on are a steal! The staff is very friendly and personable. The very friendly April Conley did my hair color, cut and style and I loved it! Chelsea did my nails with amazing 3D art, I had never seen it before this place and it is amazing! This place is full of friendly people with loads of talent! Thank you for making me feel like a rock star after my visit! I have found a great salon that I am sticking with!
