Love the help and people at this location. They are friendly, and are very knowledgeable about their products and store.

Bought panasonic phone and two weeks later the batteries went dead was told they had replacement bateries but did not ,called panasonic and they wanted us to send the phones to texas for repair out of our pocket and staples would not take back after 2 weeks.
Watch what you buy and make sure of the return dead line.The staff will sell and tell you anything to make a sale very disapointed in $80.00 phone and customer sevice.Beware
