After visiting this office on a regular basis my insurance was filed not once, twice, but three times incorrectly. All three times they filed charges to the insurance company for things they did not do. So I am done trying to commuicate with the front desk that is all but unprofessional. So I will take my business to a dentist that cares how his patients are treated.
